After You Quit Online Event

February, 11th, 2022 9AM PST, 17 UK, 18 CET

So You Quit, Now What?

It is a great feeling to finally be brave enough to leave the job that made you miserable, that did not use your gifts and potential, nor gave you meaning; it was only for a paycheck. You felt so restrained in that job; it feels amazing to be free!

Along with that freedom, you can be overwhelmed at times. What should I do now? question occupies your time after a restful few days or weeks. It even makes you second guess your decision at times.

First of all, you are not alone. This is part of the process.

What will make you feel better is to look at your options - realistically and see what is BEST for YOU. Not for your neighbor or friend or cousin or co-worker. We all have different wants, desires. We are at different stages of life. We have different financial needs.

So this has to be the best choice for you.

I have been in the same exact place 23 years ago. I quit a job that I know was not a good fit for me. At the same time I did not quite know what I will do next.  So I know the delight, the anxiety, the thrill and the doubt that comes with it.  It is a combo of many feelings.

I also worked with hundreds of clients who had this same question and delivered dozens of workshops to thousands of people around the world. Everything you feel is valid and there is a way through it.

I invite you to explore all the options together so that you do not need to do this alone.

The purpose of this workshop:

The questioning of life/ work and what the next step might be is an ageless topic. When we face a new beginning ahead of us, even if it was forced upon us, we want to take the right steps.

To make the best decision for ourselves, it is good to look at our options. Which one fits with your goals, dreams, life style, financial needs, gifts and values? This hour is to go over these options and start to feel which one fits you the best and start exploring.

  • You just quit your job after reflecting back in your life and want to do something more aligned with who you are

  • You were forced to quit or got laid off, you do not want to start "just another job". You explore the answer to "what else can I do?"

  • You are considering changing your career

  • You want to stop living for the weekends and retirement

  • You want to start your business/gig that is going to give more meaning to your life

  • You don't only want to have clarity, but also want to put it in practice

These questions can take us into different paths. All of this starts from the same place and same fundamental questions that we will explore together.

One hour long

Online at Zoom

You will receive your Zoom link when you register.

I promise it will be fun to be online together on Zoom. You will get the Zoom link after your register. I bet you don't want to be dumped information to do this alone; you want an interactive session. So will explore some questions together. We will create a safe environment where there are no dumb or silly questions.

We will explore the four options ahead of you and questions you can ask yourself about each one of them. We will go into pros and cons too.

  1. Finding meaning in what you already do

  2. Looking for a different career path

  3. Starting your own business

  4. Being a volunteer at a cause close to your heart

You will have a much better idea what fits you better to dig in further.

If starting a new business is your path, you find out more about the next steps for that during this event too.

Look forward to hosting you on February 11th.
